Groomer Carrie Rose has been with Apple Tree Cove Animal Hospital since November of 2010, but has been a professional pet groomer since 2005. She also has earned a Certificate of Training in Professional Dog Grooming.

At home, Carrie has three Norwegian Elkhounds named Ivar, Erik, and Zoe. She is also involved with the Norwegian Elkhound Association of America and active in dog showing and breeding. In her free time, she enjoys painting, making jewelry and spending time with her 24-year-old daughter Cassandra and boyfriend of ten years, Bill, an employee of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
