Pet Attendants
Candice
Candice began her career as a pet attendant at Apple Tree Cove Animal Hospital in the summer of 2009 upon graduating from Kingston High School. Her inherent love in animals and her natural "animal whisperer" abilities compelled her to seek a career path that would allow her to immerse herself in her passion for animals.
She shares her home with her two horses, Cima and Brownie; two dogs, Butchie and Nana; four cats, Kiki, Yuki-Tucker, Nobu and her beloved and cherished animal soulmate, Ziggy. In her free time, Candice enjoys loving and caring for her animals, reading, art, photography and all things Japanese.
Allison
Allison has lived in Kingston for most of her life. She started at Apple Tree Cove Animal Hospital as a volunteer in March 2008 and was hired into the position of pet attendant in May of that year. She lives with her parents and little sister; two cats named Lilly and Jerry; three dogs named Sarah, Gumdrop and Puppy; four birds and a few tropical fish. She is a junior at Kingston High School and her goal is to continue her schooling and become a licensed veterinary technician.
Taylor
Taylor originally started at the Apple Tree Cove Animal Hospital as a volunteer when she was just 13 years old. She was then hired to work as a member of the pet attendant team in March 2008 and she has loved it every since. She is currently enrolled as a student at Kingston High School and is scheduled to graduate in 2011. Becoming a veterinarian has been one of Taylor's goals since she was young, and her ambitions include attending Oregon State University and studying veterinary medicine.
Taylor is part of a large family. She currently lives with her parents, two older brothers and her twin sister. Taylor's family often has many pets, including several Boxers, kittens and a rodent friend or two.
Jeff
Pet attendant Jeff has been living in the North Kitsap area for 10 years now. He joined the Apple Tree Cove Animal Hospital staff in September of 2008. Jeff is currently enrolled as a senior at Kingston High School and in his free time enjoys gaming and taking care of his two cats, Jack and Myko.
